Returns Policy

We want to see you jumping with joy with our products! So if you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please let us know what we can do to make it better. Generally we accept return’s within 7 days of when your order shipped, as long as they are in their original packing and condition. Returns are processed within 5 - 7 business days of package receipt.
“Original condition” means:
• Products may not be tried on
• Socks should not be worn/used
• The packaging cannot be altered

Note: due to their intimate nature, Socks and innerwear are non refundable.
